Shipping & Delivery Policy
Effective date: 22 June 2026
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how INJECTORS OÜ handles shipping, dispatch, delivery, tracking, failed delivery attempts, shipping charges, and delivery-related customer rights for orders placed through iniettori.net. This Policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, Privacy & Cookie Policy, and Legal Information [web:55][web:33][web:37].
1. Scope of This Policy
This Policy applies to all orders for Products placed through the Website where shipping or delivery is required. It describes:
- where we ship;
- how shipping charges are calculated;
- estimated dispatch and delivery times;
- tracking and delivery updates;
- delivery issues, delays, and failed delivery attempts;
- loss, damage, and customer rights in delivery-related situations.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver Products to the countries and regions indicated on the Website or during checkout. Availability of shipping may vary depending on the destination, product type, warehouse location, carrier restrictions, or operational limitations.
If we do not deliver to your location, this should be indicated during checkout or before order completion. If you need delivery confirmation before ordering, please contact us through our Contact page.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before you confirm your order. The total amount payable, including delivery-related costs, must be shown clearly before the contract is concluded [web:55][web:33][web:37].
Shipping fees may vary depending on destination country, selected delivery method, weight, parcel dimensions, value of the order, remote-area surcharges, or special handling requirements. Payment and order-confirmation rules are described in our Terms & Conditions.
4. Dispatch Time
Dispatch time means the period needed to process, verify, pack, and hand over your order to the carrier after successful order placement and, where required, payment confirmation.
Orders are generally processed within the timeframe indicated on the Website or in the order confirmation. Processing may take longer in cases involving stock transfers, high order volumes, public holidays, address verification, anti-fraud checks, or special-order items.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times shown on the Website, during checkout, or in order communications are indicative unless a fixed delivery date has been expressly agreed. Under EU consumer rules, goods should generally be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeline has been agreed [web:55][web:33][web:148].
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs procedures where applicable, weather conditions, public holidays, local disruptions, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
6. Delivery Methods and Carriers
We may use different delivery providers depending on destination, product category, package dimensions, and logistics availability. The carrier may be selected automatically during the order process or determined by us as part of fulfilment.
Carrier-specific delivery procedures, such as pickup-point delivery, signature requirements, redelivery attempts, parcel locker delivery, or local partner handover, may apply depending on the shipping method chosen.
7. Tracking Information
Where tracking is available, tracking details may be provided by email, displayed in your customer account, or made available through our Order Tracking page.
You may also be able to view relevant order and shipment details in My Account. We recommend monitoring tracking updates regularly after dispatch.
8. Delivery Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and any additional delivery information required for successful shipment.
If an order cannot be delivered because of incomplete, incorrect, or outdated address information provided by the customer, delivery may be delayed, returned, or incur additional charges. If you notice an error after placing the order, contact us immediately through our Contact page.
9. Delivery Attempts and Uncollected Parcels
Depending on the carrier and shipping method, one or more delivery attempts may be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be redirected to a pickup point, held for collection, returned to sender, or otherwise processed according to the carrier’s procedures.
If a parcel is not collected in time, refused without legal justification, or returned because the customer was unavailable or provided incorrect delivery details, additional shipping or handling costs may apply where permitted by law and clearly communicated in advance. Return-related consequences are further addressed in our Return Policy.
10. Delayed Delivery
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check the latest tracking update through Order Tracking or your carrier notification, if available.
If the parcel still has not arrived, you should contact us through our Contact page. Under EU consumer rules, if goods are not delivered within 30 days or within another agreed period, the consumer may be entitled to request delivery within an additional reasonable period and, if delivery still does not occur, terminate the contract and obtain reimbursement [web:55][web:33].
11. Lost Shipments
If a shipment appears to be lost in transit, we may open an investigation with the carrier. During this process, we may request information from you, including confirmation of non-receipt, address verification, or any relevant communication with the carrier.
Where the claim is validated, we may, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, either send a replacement or issue a refund. Contractual and refund-related rules are also addressed in our Terms & Conditions and Return Policy.
12. Damaged Deliveries
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you inspect it immediately and, where possible, record the issue with the carrier at the time of delivery. You should contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the external packaging, internal packaging, shipping label, and damaged Product.
Under EU consumer rules, the trader remains responsible for damage occurring before the consumer receives the goods [web:55]. If the Product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, your rights may also be covered by our Return Policy and consumer guarantee information in our Legal Information.
13. Partial Deliveries
In some cases, an order may be fulfilled in multiple parcels or from multiple warehouse locations. If this occurs, you may receive separate dispatch confirmations and separate tracking references.
Where your order arrives in multiple parts, delivery timing and return timing may need to be assessed by reference to the final item delivered, as explained where relevant in our Return Policy.
14. Customs, Import Duties and Local Charges
If orders are shipped to destinations where customs procedures, import taxes, VAT collection, duties, or local handling fees apply, such charges may be payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website or during checkout.
You are responsible for checking local import rules before ordering, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. If customs refusal or non-clearance causes the parcel to be returned or destroyed, refund eligibility may depend on recoverable costs and applicable legal obligations.
15. Special Delivery Situations
Certain Products may require special handling due to size, weight, packaging sensitivity, value, or technical characteristics. Some items may not qualify for express delivery, pickup-point delivery, or shipping to all destinations.
If a Product is subject to delivery restrictions, this should be indicated on the product page, during checkout, or in order-related communication. Product-specific conditions may also interact with our Terms & Conditions.
16. Customer Duties Upon Receipt
Upon delivery, you should check that:
- the package appears intact;
- the number of parcels matches the delivery information;
- the Products received correspond to the order;
- there is no visible transport damage.
If there is a problem, please notify us without undue delay through our Contact page. You may also refer to order data stored in My Account.
17. Delivery and Risk
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the risk of loss of or damage to the Products passes to you when you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the Products.
However, where mandatory consumer law provides stronger protection, those rights prevail. Related consumer rights concerning returns and defective goods are described in our Return Policy.
18. Delivery-Related Refunds and Order Cancellation
If we are unable to deliver the Products within the legal or agreed timeframe, and no suitable solution can be arranged, you may have the right to cancel the Contract and receive a refund under applicable consumer law [web:55][web:33].
Refund timing and method in delivery-related cancellation cases are generally handled in line with our Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.
19. Communication and Support
If you have any questions about shipping, tracking, delivery status, failed delivery, or parcel problems, you may contact us using the details below or through our Contact page.
For order-specific matters, it may also be useful to review your order history in My Account or track the shipment using Order Tracking.
