We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of obvious pricing errors, unavailability of Products, suspicion of fraud or misuse, or if the order violates these Terms.
8. Payment Methods
Available payment methods may include, without limitation:
- Online payment via PayPal;
- Card or other payments processed through SumUp or a similar payment provider;
- Bank transfer to the bank account indicated during checkout or on the invoice.
We may update or modify available payment methods from time to time. Specific payment instructions are displayed during checkout. Further information on how payment-related personal data may be handled is available in our Privacy & Cookie Policy.
9. Security and Anti-Fraud
We may use internal and external tools to prevent payment fraud, abusive behaviour, and unauthorised transactions. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may suspend or cancel an order, block an account, or request additional verification before processing the order.
10. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
We deliver Products to the countries and regions indicated on the Website or during checkout. If there are delivery restrictions, for example certain countries, remote areas, or specific Products, these will be communicated before you place your order.
The estimated delivery time and shipping cost are shown during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Full information regarding carriers, estimated delivery timeframes, shipping charges, failed delivery attempts, and loss or delay is available in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory law, the risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you when you or a person you designate, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the Products.
11. Delivery Inspection and Non-Delivery
Upon delivery, you should promptly check the package and Products for visible damage or discrepancies. If you notice damage to the package or Products, you should note this on the carrier’s delivery document, where applicable, and contact us without undue delay through our Contact page.
If Products are not delivered within a reasonable time after the indicated delivery period, you should inform us. You may also use our Order Tracking page where available for shipment updates. We will investigate with the carrier and either rearrange delivery, replace the Products, or issue a refund in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
12. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Consumers in the EU)
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance Contract within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable EU and national consumer law.
The withdrawal period is usually 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the Products.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw, for example by email or via your customer account. You may use a standard withdrawal form where provided, but this is not obligatory.
Further details, including procedure, deadlines, exclusions, return authorisation requirements, refund rules, and customer responsibility for direct return shipping costs, are set out in our Return Policy.
13. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not apply, or may be limited, in certain cases provided by law, for example:
- Products that were made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- Sealed Products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
- Products which, after delivery, by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items.
Additional details and return restrictions for automotive parts are described in our Return Policy.
14. Returns, Refunds and Return Costs
After you lawfully withdraw from a Contract, you must return the Products without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw, unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise required by law or indicated on the Website, you bear the direct cost of returning the Products. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned Products or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the Products, whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. For the full procedure, please see our Return Policy.
15. Legal Warranty and Additional Guarantees
Consumers in the EU are entitled to a statutory legal guarantee of conformity for Products purchased, typically lasting at least 2 years from delivery, subject to applicable national law.
If a Product is not in conformity with the Contract, for example defective or not as described, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund, in accordance with applicable law.
Any additional commercial guarantees or warranty conditions offered by us or manufacturers, if any, do not affect your statutory rights under consumer law. Summary information about legal guarantees and dispute channels is also available on our Legal Information page.
16. Compatibility and Professional Installation
Automotive parts must often be installed by qualified personnel and in accordance with manufacturer instructions. Incorrect installation or use may lead to damage or safety risks and may void warranties.
You are responsible for ensuring that the Product is suitable and compatible for your specific vehicle or use case, unless we have provided explicit written confirmation of compatibility. If you need help before ordering, please use our Contact page.
17. Customer Service and Complaints
If you have questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Website, Products, or these Terms, you can contact us via our Contact page or by using the contact details published in our Legal Information.
We aim to respond to complaints within a reasonable period and to work with you to find an appropriate solution.
18. Alternative Dispute Resolution and Online Dispute Resolution
If you are a consumer in the EU and a dispute cannot be resolved directly with us, you may use alternative dispute resolution bodies or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
You can find further details, including the relevant ADR authority and ODR link, on our Legal Information page.
19. Use of the Website

21. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and for any rights granted to consumers under mandatory law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:
- indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, income, business, or data;
- losses arising from improper installation or use of Products contrary to instructions or professional standards;
- delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
22. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, our practices, or the Website.
The version of the Terms in force at the time you place your order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed otherwise.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.
